A four-year-old boy chases his little brother through the living room, shouting "I am the Kurdish fox and I'm going to get you".

The witness is Swedish-Kurdish Mohamad Hassans, former liberal municipal councilor in Uppsala municipality.

The boys are his youngest sons.

- Then I noticed how easily they pick up on things and that we have a responsibility not to talk in a certain way, he says.

- Some shrug their shoulders, others think it is troublesome that another thing is directed at Swedish Kurds.

Partly it becomes stigmatized when Kurds are lumped together with this man, partly it builds his brand.

Does not share the concern

Wahid Badki, chairman of the Kurdish Cultural Center, is not as concerned.

- People are smarter than that, he is a lonely individual and we are many thousands of Swedish Kurds who are not criminals, he says.

In the clip above, Mohamad Hassan and Wahid Badki develop their thoughts on the 36-year-old suspect.
