To discover a simple and gourmet recipe that will delight your family or friends, we are of course taking you to Brittany, the kingdom of pancakes.

And more precisely at the master crepe cook school (EMC2) in Rennes, which trains 300 to 400 trainees each year.

A trainer for six years, Thomas Narcisse has agreed to open the doors of this high place of gluttony to us and give us his recipe for making crepes easily at home.

Before discovering it on video, here is the list of ingredients you need for about thirty pancakes: one kilo of wheat flour, 300 grams of sugar, eight eggs, 1.8 liters of milk and 50 grams of butter, salty of course!
