The special action for the standardization of elderly care and housekeeping services is one of the five special actions proposed in the "National Standardization Development Outline".
The "Action Plan" actively implements the relevant requirements of the "National Standardization Development Outline", fully implements the decision-making arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the development of the elderly care and housekeeping service industry, and puts forward clear requirements for the standardization of elderly care and housekeeping services in the past three years.
The "Action Plan" focuses on effectively meeting the diverse and multi-level elderly care service needs of the elderly, and promoting the improvement and expansion of the domestic service industry. It proposes the overall goal of the standardization of elderly care and domestic service by 2025, as well as 4 major aspects and 10 key tasks. .
In terms of standard system construction, the "Action Plan" proposes to optimize the supply structure of elderly care and domestic service standards, and clarifies the direction of standardization work such as national standards, industry standards, local standards, group standards, and enterprise standards, especially from the perspective of supporting industry management and improving services. In terms of quality and leading industrial transformation and upgrading, key standard formulation and revision projects are proposed.
In terms of standard implementation and supervision, the "Action Plan" further strengthens the coordinated promotion of standard implementation and industry development planning, reform tasks, and special actions, and proposes to clearly state service standards to consumers, improve the standard implementation information feedback mechanism, and deploy 150 in batches Standardization pilot demonstration projects and other tasks.
In terms of standardization capacity building, the "Action Plan" proposes to promote the inclusion of standardization knowledge in the skills training of elderly care and domestic workers, and establish an evaluation mechanism supported by standards and covering employees and service agencies.
In terms of standard internationalization, the "Action Plan" proposes to promote the convergence of domestic and international standards in the field of elderly care and domestic services, strengthen the training of international standardization talents, and support the establishment of an open system of high-standard service industries.
In the next step, the State Administration for Market Regulation (Standards Committee) will continue to pay attention to the actual needs of the people with the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Ministry of Commerce, further optimize the standard system for elderly care and housekeeping services, accelerate the upgrading of service standards, and lead the standardization of the elderly care and housekeeping service industry with standards , quality, digital, and integrated development, forming a new situation of joint development of standardization, elderly care and housekeeping industries.
