The public news service, citing the press service of the Russian Guard, reports that, as it has been established in practice, the nomadic mortar is one of the most effective types of weapons in the fight against the dug-in military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
It is also reported that the units of the special forces of the Russian Guard use drones of the aircraft and quadrocopter type, which help in conducting additional reconnaissance of the area and in adjusting mortar fire.
Earlier it became known that employees of the National Guard of Ukraine found large caches with weapons and ammunition of the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Luhansk People's Republic.
On January 11, it was reported that the Russian Guard destroyed five strongholds of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and two hangars in the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions in a week.
