- From what I have gathered, the person must have been shot in the leg, says Tobias Sundström, commanding officer of the regional command center at the police.

The shooting is the second in a short time in Linköping, and according to the police, the person shot is a man in his thirties.

- We have been there for basically the whole night.

There has been a fairly large blockade, it was lifted just before 03 o'clock last night, when bus traffic and so on could go normally.

We have had dog handlers and we have knocked on doors in the area to talk to witnesses who may have heard or seen something, says Tobias Sundström.

No person deprived of liberty

At the moment, no suspect has been arrested.

- It is far too early to say whether this incident is linked to the other shootings.

We may never find out, and above all we don't know now, he says.

- No, we have no one deprived of their liberty.

We have a number that we have brought in for questioning because they had such good information and we wanted to talk more with them, but whether someone is detained because of the shooting, no information has come to Mnig, says Tobias Sundström at the command center, police region East.
