The plea from Falkenberg's pastry shops: "Stop the roll test"

A bad grade in a roll test can have devastating financial consequences for a bakery or patisserie.

This is the opinion of pastry chef Helene Stålbom, who together with six other pastry shops and bakeries in Falkenberg wrote to Hallands Nyheter.

There will also be no roll test for Hallands Nyheter this year, which according to editor-in-chief Ulf Niklasson has been decided before.

However, Hallandsposten will have a test in Halmstad.

- We do it for the sake of the readers, not for the sake of the bakers, says Hallandsposten's editor-in-chief Herman Nikovic.
