“To the question of whether Furgal is guilty ... entered into an agreement with business partner Nikolai Mistryukov and Andrei Karepov to organize the murder of Smolsky, the board answered in the affirmative,” the foreman of the board of assessors read out the text of the verdict.
Earlier, the state prosecution asked the jury to find Furgal and other defendants guilty of organizing and attempted murders of entrepreneurs.
