Since Tuesday the first of February, the Swedish Migration Agency has had problems with its website.

No one at the Swedish Migration Agency can participate in an interview, but replies to emails that there has been a "complicated problem" with the Swedish Migration Agency's website.

Furthermore, the Swedish Migration Agency writes that the problem is partially solved and that not all users who access the website experience problems.

- We hope that the problem can be solved today, writes Frederik Abbemo, communicator at the Swedish Migration Agency.

Many refugees affected

19-year-old Yuliia Bychkova from Dnipro has tried repeatedly to log in without success.

She is one of several affected Ukrainian refugees who are trying to apply for an extended residence permit.

- None of my acquaintances can log in, says Yuliia Bychkova.
