In particular, EU officials were required not to wear green or khaki clothing, as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky does. 

It is noted that they were asked to be in suits and avoid "too bright colors."

Officials were also advised to travel to Ukraine light, “with a backpack or something similar,” but without suitcases.
