The action was organized by the association "Deceived Village".
As the organizers explained, the reason for the protest is the "uncontrolled influx of grain from Ukraine", in connection with which Polish farmers cannot sell their grain.
“The quantity, and above all, the quality (of grain coming from Ukraine. -
) is not controlled,” the organizers said.
Earlier, the European Commission reported that wheat imports from Ukraine to the EU increased from 287 thousand tons to 2.85 million over the year.
