This was reported in the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia.

“Despite all the difficulties faced by Russian companies last year, exports at current prices showed an increase of about 12%,” the ministry said in a statement.

It is specified that more than 70 million tons of domestic agricultural products and food were sent to foreign markets.

The leading regions in terms of the increase in the cost contribution of exports to the all-Russian indicator are the Volgograd Region, Primorsky and Kamchatka Territories.

In December, Russian Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev said that Russia had harvested more than 159 million tons of grain in bunker weight, and about 150 million tons in net weight.
