This was announced by State Secretary of the Union State Dmitry Mezentsev.
He clarified that the three planned programs are dedicated to strengthening the defense capability.
“One of them is devoted to strengthening border security, the other two are devoted to improving the infrastructure of the regional grouping, which is being formed by the ministries of defense,” TASS quoted Mezentsev as saying.
Earlier, the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Belarus stated that the Belarusian and Russian sides had increased the air defense forces of the regional group of forces.
On January 31, State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus Alexander Volfovich said that the aviation of the regional group of forces had worked out the destruction of groups crossing the border.
