He stressed that Russian-Chinese relations "have no restrictions, no limits, no taboo topics."
Earlier, the director of the Foreign Intelligence Service, Sergei Naryshkin, called the level of relations between Russia and China unprecedented.
Chinese Ambassador to Russia Zhang Hanhui said that Russian-Chinese relations are a "citadel of truth."
