According to the Inspectorate for Care and Care, which has made the decision, the revoked permit is due to Humana's repeated shortcomings in "employer responsibility regarding foreign labour" and in the reporting obligation.

Patrik Silverudd, who is the press officer at Humana, comments on the decision:

- We'll see what happens from that.

We will file the appeal today and expect to hear back within ten days.

The revoked permit will apply from February 10 and in Sörmland it is mainly employees and users in personal assistance who are affected.

Humana offers care to customers in 250 municipalities in Sweden and also has operations in Norway, Denmark and Finland.

In total, they have 16,000 employees and 9,000 customers.
