The recommendation pointed out that this problem was caused by a special and strict hierarchical relationship within the Self-Defense Forces, and it is feared that similar events may occur in the future

Chairman Haruko Arimura told reporters, ``We cannot overlook the fact that a person who should be an expert in confidential information management was involved in the leak, and we take it extremely seriously.''



Regarding this issue, the Information Oversight Board of the House of Representatives also made similar recommendations in January.
