“The ICRC is aware of the attacks on the Novoaidar hospital in the Luhansk region, where we have an office and deployed teams,” RIA Novosti quoted her as saying.
She noted that strikes on medical facilities limit the availability of vital services and endanger the lives of civilians.
On January 28, 14 people were killed and 24 were injured as a result of the morning shelling of the hospital in Novoaydar by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the strike was intentional, its target was an existing civilian medical facility.
