His driver's license was also confiscated.
The individual was guilty of very high speeding since he was driving more than 50 km / h beyond the authorized limit when he was flashed.
This traffic violation is classified as a Type 5 ticket.
As such, the driver is liable to a non-fixed fine, the amount of which can reach 1,500 euros, a license withdrawal and the loss of six points on the latter if it is the first speeding of the motorist. .
