Earlier, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that Russia remains committed to START, while the United States violates the preamble of the treaty, which refers to the indivisibility of security.

Prior to this, Ryabkov said that Russia would not forcibly keep the United States in the New START Treaty.
