The United States declared its readiness to cooperate with Russia for the full implementation of START-3

According to RIA Novosti, the American department noted that the preservation of the treaty is in the interests of US security.

The US State Department also claims that the American side allegedly does not create obstacles for Russian inspections under the START-3 treaty.

“There is nothing that would prevent Russian inspectors from coming to the United States and conducting inspections,” the department noted.

Earlier, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that the United States was violating the START preamble on the indivisibility of security.
