The land plots will be located by the sea in Saksky, Chernomorsky, Razdolnensky and Leninsky districts.
These territories will provide the necessary infrastructure, Aksyonov stressed.
In December, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on additional measures of social support for military personnel.
In the document, he recommended that the authorities of the Moscow Region, Crimea and Sevastopol provide for the transfer of land plots to the military and members of their families free of charge.
