“Therefore, of course, when someone scares them with some kind of tanks, they will rush with enthusiasm to show Kuz'kin's mother to all these overseas foreign technical things.
So I'm worried, first of all, that they do it reasonably ... And secondly: of course, they deserve to be rewarded for the results, ”he explained.
Earlier, Osipov signed a decree on payments from 100,000 to 3 million rubles to residents of the region participating in a special military operation for the capture or destruction of Leopard and Abrams tanks.
In addition to the main participant in the destruction or capture, the decree allows for the presence of assistants in the number of up to ten people, they are also entitled to payments.
The Kremlin said that the idea of supplying Ukraine with American Abrams and German Leopard tanks is a failure for technological reasons.
