According to RBC, citing a source close to the government apparatus, the draft law with the corresponding amendments to the law "On Defense" was developed by the Ministry of Defense and approved at a meeting of the government commission on legislative activities.
The Ministry of Defense proposes to entrust payments to the military only to field institutions of the Bank of Russia, as well as to credit organizations, the list of which will be determined by the government.
Earlier it became known that Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu by order determined the procedure for monthly payments to mobilized servicemen.
It is clarified that monthly payments will be accrued from the date of appointment of a mobilized citizen to a position and until the day of dismissal from it, inclusive.
The amount of social payments for an incomplete calendar month is determined in proportion to the number of days served.
