“Accept the proposal of the government of the Russian Federation to sign an agreement between the Russian Federation and Belarus on the creation and operation of combat training centers for joint training of military personnel,” the document says on the official Internet portal of legal information.
The Russian Ministry of Defense and the Russian Foreign Ministry were instructed to negotiate with Minsk and, upon reaching an agreement, sign this agreement on behalf of Russia.
