It is the Inspectorate for Care and Care (IVO) that has decided to withdraw the permit.

This applies immediately, but operations may be conducted until February 10.

"The decision is based on the fact that IVO believes that the company does not meet the requirement of suitability to hold a license to conduct these activities," writes Humana in a press release.

The company management announces that the decision will be appealed.

The company is listed on the stock exchange, but trading was halted before the announcement.

The business concerned had revenues of SEK 2.8 billion in 2021 and an operating profit of SEK 193 million, which corresponds to approximately 35 percent of the group's operating revenue and approximately 39 percent of the group's operating profit, according to Humana.
