"The decision is based on the fact that IVO believes that the company does not meet the requirement of suitability to hold a license to conduct these activities," writes Humana in a press release.

The company management announces that the decision will be appealed and a request for inhibition will be submitted.

"Humana Assistans will work intensively to meet the needs of all customers and personal assistants during the upcoming legal process," the company writes.

The decision applies immediately, but operations may be conducted until February 10.
