Colored, deep circles or "panda eyes": the contour of our eyes can be more or less marked due to fatigue, and also to our aging.

To reduce or even get rid of them, there are several solutions.

Beauty columnist Benjamin Lévêque lists them in "Bienfait pour vous".

Almost all of us have already had dark circles on our face, especially due to fatigue.

In reality, the eye contour is the first area affected by aging, and this area is five times thinner than the rest of the face.

After the appearance of the first dark circles, between the ages of 23 and 25, the cheekbone falls over the years and sags, which makes these dark circles more visible.

In the show

Bienfait pour vous

, Benjamin Lévêque talks about tips for getting rid of it.

At the microphone of Julia Vignali and Mélanie Gomez, the beauty columnist first explains that there are three types: dark circles, darker under the eyes, those called structural, with a more or less deep hollow, and famous "panda eyes", which result from an accumulation of melanin.

Temporary and lasting solutions for dark circles

The vast majority of dark circles belong to the second category mentioned above.

The cheapest solution, details Benjamin Lévêque, consists in “applying an eye contour cream every day. this is a temporary solution.

In a more sustainable way, you can make an appointment with an aesthetic doctor to have hyaluronic acid injections.

"The ring will be less hollow, we will have less of the gap between the eyelid, the hollow and the cheekbone, and therefore a better uniformity. We will simply reduce the depth of the hollow", relates doctor Arnaud Lambert at the microphone of Europe 1 To do this, you have to count 350 euros per injection, and have it redone every year.

Use metal spoons to hide colored circles

Colored rings can take on different colors.

For example, there are bluish dark circles that appear in people with poor blood circulation.

To hide them, "we can massage them, and also use eye contours made with ingredients that activate blood circulation, such as caffeine", first mentions the beauty columnist in the program

Bienfait pour vous

.

Another handy solution is to "put two metal spoons in your fridge in the evening, all night long. The next morning, put these very cold spoons at eye level and this will boost blood circulation. “, he explains.

Also, Benjamin Lévêque emphasizes the benefits of carboxytherapy.

"The cosmetic doctor will inject CO2 in the dark circles. This gas will evacuate the blood below the eyes", advances the columnist, specifying that this initiative cost a hundred euros.

It is also possible to use makeup to camouflage these dark circles.

"You should always use a half shade lighter than the foundation for the rest of the face and above all, make up the entire eye contour", advises the beauty columnist, who relies on the expertise of a make-up artist, Julie Morel.

"You have to go through the inner corner of the eye which is next to the bridge of the nose, because you have a vein that passes there. If you don't hide it, the effect bluish will remain present”, she reports.

Avoid the sun in case of dark circles in the shape of "panda eyes"

Finally, to reduce the visibility of "panda eyes", "the first thing to do is to expose yourself to the sun less and apply sunscreen", explains columnist Benjamin Lévêque.

The latter lists other solutions, such as peeling, "treatments that reduce melanin in the skin. There are also creams with vitamin C, retinol, which will lighten the skin. Some lasers can also destroy the pigment ".

To carry out this last action, it is necessary to inquire with aesthetic doctors and dermatologists.
