“The EU ban on imports of Russian oil products, starting February 5, will put pressure on the supply of raw materials in the region, limiting the amount of gasoline that the bloc can produce for itself or for the US East Coast, which is increasingly dependent on transatlantic imports in the summer,” the authors explained.
