Tweeters celebrated Maryam, who is 23 years old, and who was able to fly the plane ably, declaring herself the third Kuwaiti to achieve this achievement, and among the youngest pilots in the world, according to Kuwaiti media.

The British Embassy in Kuwait congratulated the young Kuwaiti woman through her accounts on the communication platforms, and tweeted on Twitter, saying, "We congratulate Captain Maryam Hani Al-Turki on her graduation from the British (L3 Harris) Aviation Academy. Captain Maryam told local media that she loved this field from a young age and proved that "Kuwaiti women are able to prove themselves in various political, economic, cultural and sports fields, and excel in aviation."

Maryam graduated from high school and joined the College of Aviation Technology, explaining that due to her passion and love for flying aircraft, she applied to work in Kuwait Airways, which sent her to study aviation in Britain.
