This was announced by the General Director of Aeroflot Sergey Alexandrovsky and the head of Rostransnadzor Viktor Basargin.

According to RIA Novosti, they equally see the solution to the issue with the rules for carrying hand luggage.

“Of course, we will work on making changes to the FAP, making a single and understandable interpretation for everyone,” Aleksandrovsky said.

He noted that changes are necessary, among other things, for the efficient operation of the low-cost carrier Pobeda.

Thus, the ambiguity of the interpretation of the FAP in relation to the carriage of baggage and hand luggage can lead to a decrease in the efficiency of the carrier's business model and, as a result, to an increase in ticket prices.

On January 30, Aleksandrovsky announced that by 2030 the company's fleet will consist of 70% Russian aircraft.
