Kajsa Pettersson is operations manager for the preschool in Åre municipality and she is lyrical about the response:

- We haven't had any applications whatsoever for the jobs we have out, but now we have received several expressions of interest from, among other things, trained preschool teachers.

So this is great fun, says Kajsa.

The rapper Petter takes part

Two well-known figures appear in Åre Municipality's film.

Partly the rapper Petter Askergren, who does the narration, and also the former alpine competitive skier Hans Olsson, who plays the film's main role.

When SVT did the interview, the municipality had received 14 expressions of interest, now they have received another 10, so a total of 24 so far.

Met with criticism

There has also been criticism of the film, that it does not at all show what it is like to work as a preschool teacher in the municipality and what is offered.

Hear the operations manager respond to the criticism in the clip below:

"The purpose of the film was to broaden the views of Åre municipality, and going in with salary and working conditions does not give that teaser" - hears Kajsa Pettersson, operations manager of the preschool Åre municipality, in the clip.
