[Explanation] The cross-strait "miniature three links" passenger route, which has been suspended for nearly three years, has been operating smoothly and orderly since partial resumption of flights on January 7.

According to the Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Fujian Province, as of January 29, the Xiamen-Kinmen route has operated 46 voyages, with a passenger flow of more than 3,000.

Of course, I have great expectations. I hope that the ("small three links" passenger transport route) can continue to operate, and then make it convenient for those who can come back. Otherwise, I have to go around a lot to go back to my mother's house. Although it is very close, I hope it can be done. Solve this problem quickly, because we haven't been back for three or four years.

[Explanation] At Xiamen Wutong Passenger Terminal, Kinmen folks and their mainland spouses are waiting for the ship with their luggage checked for New Year’s goods. They look forward to the normalization of the "miniature three links" passenger route, so as to meet their needs for cross-strait travel.

The traffic is convenient for our citizens, and the second point is, I hope that Xiamen (to Kinmen "miniature three-link" passenger route) will continue to open, so it will be inconvenient for us if it is temporarily closed.

[Explanation] In February 2020, the Taiwan authorities unilaterally suspended the "miniature three links". Under the continuous and strong calls from all walks of life in Taiwan, the Taiwan authorities restarted the "miniature three links" passenger routes at the beginning of this year, but only allowed one month before and after the Spring Festival. The number of flights is limited, and only people in Kinmen and Matsu and their mainland spouses can apply. The majority of Taiwanese businessmen and compatriots in mainland China are excluded.

Direct air tickets to Taipei, even expensive, cost 20,000 RMB for a round-trip air ticket. This is very inconvenient for us, so we very much hope that the "miniature three links" can be fully restored this year.

When the demand was so great, only a "half set" was made, but as time passed, we will arrive on February 6th soon. We expect Taiwan to open up the entire "small three links", and at the same time If it is above the "big three links" terminal, it can be restored to 2019.

[Explanation] During the Spring Festival, Wu Jiaying, the honorary president of the Xiamen Taiwanese Investment Enterprise Association who took the opportunity to return to Taiwan for the New Year, told a reporter from China News Agency that he was very envious that the folks in Kinmen could take the convenient "small three links" passenger route back home. He said that "the small three links "The full recovery of passenger air routes is the common wish of Taiwan compatriots.

Is it so difficult for us to go home? Like the compatriots in Kinmen, it is true that the morning (by boat) is only about 20 to 30 minutes away, which is very convenient.

We all need the "miniature three links", and we should resume the service as soon as possible and fully open it as soon as possible. This is also a very important step in the integration and development of the two sides of the strait.

[Explanation] At present, all parties in the mainland have already gone all out to make preparations for the full resumption of cross-strait "miniature three links" passenger routes.

It is understood that since January 2, 2001, the "Mini Three Links" have witnessed the continuous and close exchanges between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait.

As of February 9, 2020, a total of 22.0812 million passengers have been carried.
