According to him, the United States considers Ukraine as a testing ground for products of its military-industrial complex.
Ryabkov noted that the United States "seizes" military equipment from Western countries and sends it to Kyiv "for disposal."
Thus, in his opinion, Washington intends to impose on the West multibillion-dollar contracts for the purchase of its military equipment.
“This is such a cynical game, which, we are sure, will end badly for those who are now selflessly playing it,” the diplomat said.
Earlier, Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov said that discussions on the supply of aircraft to Ukraine would continue in the coming weeks.
It was also reported that the US wants to get access to Ukrainian titanium for its military industry.
