“I just spoke on the phone with Joe Biden about the latest developments in Ukraine, arms transfers and cooperation with NATO,” Rutte said on Twitter.
On January 21, Dutch Defense Minister Kaisa Ollongren announced that this year the kingdom plans to train another 400 soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as part of the Interflex program in the UK.
Rutte also said that the Netherlands is ready to supply tanks to Ukraine.
