The second deputy mayor of Beaudéduit (Oise) was sentenced by the Beauvais criminal court to two years in prison, including one year firm arranged under electronic surveillance, Thursday, January 26.

The man was tried that day for sexually abusing a teenage girl between 2005 and 2008, reports Le Courrier Picard.

“She was lost”

Aged 12 at the beginning of the facts, the schoolgirl went regularly with her friends to the workshop of the assistant, a father at the time aged 39.

He would have first sent her images of her sex before taking advantage of one of her visits to kiss her and have sex with her.

This hold would then have lasted three years, until the young girl became pregnant and the man had her aborted in a maternity ward.

In the eyes of the victim's lawyer, the defendant "coaxed her because her parents were not present and she was lost".

The victim did not finally reveal the facts until 2019. She has many psychological consequences from these attacks.

At the bar, the defendant admitted the facts, while minimizing them.
