The portal gives a positive answer to the question whether the family of a mobilized person can receive a single allowance for a child. 

In response, referring to the clarifications of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, it is said that "the income of the mobilized does not affect the possibility of receiving a single allowance." 

It is clarified that in order to assign payments, an appeal is needed from any family that meets the criteria for the appointment of a single allowance for low-income families.

On January 9, the Ministry of Digital Development reported that more than 1 million applications for a single allowance for children were submitted on the public services portal.

In December, the Russian government approved the procedure for assigning and paying a single allowance for children and pregnant women.
