Chinanews.com, January 29th, Ma Xiaoguang, spokesperson of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, pointed out on the 29th that after review by the relevant competent authorities, 63 companies such as Kinmen Distillery that met the requirements were registered or updated registration information, and those that did not meet the requirements and were temporarily unable to register Yes, and explain the specific reasons one by one.

On the 29th, a reporter asked a question that last year some Taiwanese food companies had not yet obtained registration, which attracted attention on the island.

Earlier, the spokesperson of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council said that some Taiwanese food companies had submitted supplementary materials. Is there any new progress?

In this regard, Ma Xiaoguang said that since last year, some Taiwanese food companies have failed to complete the registration information in accordance with relevant regulations, which has affected the export of their products to the mainland.

Recently, some enterprises on the island, including Kinmen Distillery, have submitted and supplemented relevant registration materials to the competent authorities in the mainland, and have passed the approval of former Chairman of the Chinese Nationalist Party Hong Xiuzhu, Chairman of the New Party Wu Chengdian, Kinmen County Mayor Chen Fuhai and other relevant people on the island and business groups. Convey the appeal to us, hope to obtain the registration as soon as possible, and resume export to the mainland as soon as possible.

Ma Xiaoguang pointed out that we attach great importance to this and actively deal with it.

After review by the relevant competent authorities, 63 companies such as Jinmen Distillery that meet the requirements have been registered or their registration information has been updated. For those that do not meet the requirements and cannot be registered temporarily, the specific reasons are also explained one by one.

Ma Xiaoguang emphasized that we have always respected, cared for, and benefited Taiwan compatriots, and continued to be committed to promoting cross-strait economic and cultural exchanges and cooperation.

We are willing to continue to assist in solving the problem of incomplete and irregular registration information of some Taiwanese food companies, so as to facilitate the import of Taiwanese food to the mainland.
