Are you dreaming of a house or an apartment?

But have you thought about investing in a parking space?

More than 100,000 parking spaces are sold in Ile-de-France alone each year.

It is a market that does not know the crisis, despite the hunt for the car organized by some municipalities. 

Also, is it worth buying a parking space to park your car or renting it, really?

A car park can be more profitable than a Livret A. With other advantages to take into account: good profitability, low maintenance costs and very low condominium fees.

But at what cost ?

In Saint-Etienne for example, count 10,000 euros on average, in Strasbourg rather 15,000 and for Paris, the prices of this investment are obviously higher… 

Once purchased, you can decide to rent the parking space. It's about 150 euros per month in Paris against 65 euros in Tours.

It is even possible to divide it into three or four to accommodate scooters.

At 50 euros per two wheels, the profitability of the real estate investment is quickly calculated!

But obviously, rents that come in, that means taxes to pay if you are a landlord...
