Allsvenska Halmstad's ball club wants a new main arena to be built in Halmstad.
It is also the association, together with the construction company MTA, which has taken the initiative to start the planning of housing developments on the current soccer arena Örjans vall.
The idea is that the housing development will finance the construction of a new football arena at Sannarp in Halmstad.
Problematic to build in the area
During Monday, the municipal board in Halmstad will decide whether the construction plans should be taken forward and whether an investigation should be started about the new football arena.
But the Örjans vall area is problematic for development and the calculations do not add up, shows the plan investigation carried out before the decision.
