According to Zakharova, the United States has done everything "so that hundreds of thousands of people become refugees" in Iraq, Syria, Libya, Afghanistan, and now also in Ukraine.
“When the unfortunate inhabitants of these states left their homes, the American political establishment did not find anything better than to offer its own citizens to pay for the stay of refugees in the States,” she wrote.
