According to him, the prerequisites for resuming contacts are not visible.
“I emphasize once again that this is not our choice - the Americans themselves burned the bridges.
We will not run after anyone,” the diplomat said.
Syromolotov added that Moscow might think about resuming contacts only if the US authorities show a willingness to have a constructive conversation.
“Dialogue for the sake of dialogue does not interest us,” said Syromolotov.
Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry said that Moscow was and remains ready for massive cyber attacks.
