Chancellor Scholz called the goal of Germany in Ukraine to prevent Russia from expanding its borders

Scholz also named three principles that Berlin is going to adhere to in the Ukrainian conflict.

Thus, Germany will continue to provide humanitarian, financial and military assistance to Ukraine.

In addition, Berlin "will not allow the conflict to escalate" and escalate into a "war" between NATO and Russia.

Scholz also said that the country's leadership will weigh the measures taken in Ukraine and act only together with the allies.
