A video was released on the 27th local time when the husband of former US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was assaulted with a blunt force in October of last year. Police body cam videos of the scene were provided to the press.

Previously, the US media requested access to evidence, including videos last month, and the court released this time saying that there was no reason to keep the video secret at the time of the incident on the 25th.

The video shows the situation on October 28, last year, when Paul Pelosi received a 911 call and two police officers were dispatched in front of his house, and the scene where the criminal, Dipape, swung a hammer at Paul Pelosi.

At the time of the incident, Pelosi was not at home, and her husband, Paul Pelosi, was attacked with a blunt weapon and severely injured his head and back.

According to video footage, officers identified Dipape who was holding Paul at the time and ordered him to throw away the hammer he was holding.

However, Dipafe refused and suddenly attacked Paul in front of the police.

The contents of the call suggesting that Paul called 911 at the time of the incident and that it was an emergency, and the contents of Dipape's statement to the police were also released this time.

Paul, who was invaded by Dipafe at dawn on the day of the incident, called 911 in front of the perpetrator, relayed his demands, and requested rescue.

"There's a gentleman waiting for my wife, Nancy, to come back (home). He says everything is fine, but I've got a problem," Paul told the dispatcher.

In response, the killer interrupted the call, saying, "I am a friend of them (Pelosi and his wife)," and Paul replied "I don't know" to the 911 agent's question, "Do you know this man?"

"If Nancy had lied (to my questions), I would have broken his kneecap," DiPape said after being arrested by the police, revealing a criminal plan to grab former chairman Nancy Pelosi and ask him some questions.

She then spread a conspiracy theory that Nancy and the Democrats were criminals who spied on former President Donald Trump's presidential campaign.

Now, DiPape is pleading not guilty to charges of assault and attempted murder, and his lawyer said the release of the video was inflammatory and undermined his right to a fair trial.

Former Chairman Nancy Pelosi told reporters after the video was released, "I have no intention of seeing the video of the assault that could have taken my husband's life." .

After the attack on her husband, former Speaker Pelosi announced in November last year that she would not run for the Democratic leadership, and she currently serves as a non-partisan council member.
