The CAC star index took 9.97 points to 7,105.96 points around 9:55 a.m.

Record profit for LVMH, but slight drop in margins

The world number one in luxury LVMH broke new records in 2022, with astronomical sales of nearly 80 billion euros and profits taking off once again.

Analysts, however, noted a slight decline in margins in the fourth quarter.

The action, which had closed at a level close to its all-time high on Thursday, advanced another 0.61% to 806.90 euros after losing more than 1.5% in the first exchanges.

Hermès took 0.65% to 1,707.50 euros and Kering 1.33% to 555.30 euros.
