The loose track in Hällefors ready for tomorrow's ski competition

- Right now we are piling up the snow so that we get a nice surface and then we lay the track with a snowmobile.

There will be two tracks around the entire lap, says Johan Ånger, chairman of Hällefors ski club.

So far, 80 people have registered to start, one of them is Andreas Berntsson who drives for the Gothenburg ski club.

He is already in place at the stadium when SVT's team is there on Friday morning.

- It can go either way if it's rough snow and loose.

Are you going to run the Vasaloppet too?

- Yes, that is the plan.

So will this be a foretaste then?

- Yes, it will be like a repeat, I test the skis and the form, get a pass.
