Suspected of shooting his neighbor on Hertsön - admits the shots in questioning

It was on Saint Lucia Day on December 13 that a man is suspected of having shot his neighbor to death on Hertsön in Luleå.

Just over a month and a half later, the man has now admitted that he shot his neighbor.

- He has denied murder but admits that he has acted in the way that is alleged - that is, that he shot his neighbor.

Then he did not intend to kill him, says prosecutor Anna Väppling.

According to information to SVT Norrbotten, the man shot his neighbor with a shotgun at close range.

- He has told me how he thought and why he acted the way he did, but that's not something I can tell you about at the moment, says prosecutor Anna Väppling.
