Five days before Act II of the mobilization against the pension reform, representatives of Nupes organized a meeting in Beauvais this Thursday evening.

With two objectives: to show the union of the left to "make the government bend", while trying to mobilize as many people as possible before the demonstrations next Tuesday.

The amendment war is on.

7,000 have already been submitted for consideration of the pension reform bill in the National Assembly on February 6.

The majority of them were filed by the Nupes.

In the hemicycle, but also on the ground, the left is getting organized.

In Beauvais, five representatives of Nupes organized a meeting against the pension reform on Thursday evening.

With a watchword: do not release the pressure.

"This unity will allow us to bend the government"

This Thursday evening in Beauvais, the municipal hall of Pré Martinet is full.

Facing the activists, a united front of the left and the unions.

Something to give hope to the Green MP Benjamin Lucas.

"Because this unity, it will allow us to bend the government."

The objective is clear: to bring the most people to the streets, even if some admit that it will be impossible to match the show of force of January 19th.

For the rebellious Antoine Léaument, there is no question of giving up.

"We are trying to add a small stone to this great building and it is true that these meetings can give pep, a little courage and we hope that this will be able to cause an increase in social mobilization."

A union that the Nupes hopes to find next Tuesday in the street, for Act II of the mobilization against the pension reform.
