“The bill is aimed at supporting persons participating in a special military operation and their family members in order to ensure the availability of the state service for registering children of military personnel,” TASS said in a statement.
Earlier, State Duma deputy Ivan Sukharev proposed introducing a ten-day vacation for military conscripts with children under seven years of age.
