In 2007, he obtained a master's degree from the Human Resources Department of St. Petersburg University. In 2010, he received a doctorate in enterprise innovation from St. Petersburg University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
In 2020, he returned to Suzhou from Russia and founded a cultural and sports company, mainly engaged in the investment and operation of the "cultural tourism and sports" industry.

Although I have been abroad for more than 20 years, I have always wanted to come back to China. As a native of Wanbei, Anhui, I definitely want to make some contributions to my hometown, and the leaders are more concerned about the development of our overseas Chinese businessmen. , including the education and schooling of our children, including the landing of our business, and policies in various aspects have given us strong support.
In this area, first of all, we are obliged to return to our hometown for development, and hope that the economic development of our hometown will get better and better.
[Explanation] According to Wang Jing, Anhui is an important part of the Sino-Russian "Yangtze River-Volga River" local cooperation. It is also a major manufacturing province in China. High and new technologies are constantly emerging and have great development potential.
As an overseas non-voting member of the Anhui Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Wang Jing will bring more Anhui's advanced technologies and products abroad to promote deeper economic and trade exchanges and cooperation.

In recent years, the Federation of Overseas Chinese in Anhui Province has taken the initiative to adapt to the new changes in the situation of overseas Chinese, increased its guidance on the construction of overseas Chinese groups from Anhui, and promoted the establishment of more than 100 overseas Chinese groups from Anhui.
