The politician stressed that the quality of life of people depends on the timely fulfillment of relevant obligations.
Mishustin also said that pensions in the new regions of Russia from March 1 will be assigned according to Russian standards.
In addition, the Russian authorities have prepared a draft law on a special procedure for establishing the average subsistence minimum in the new territories.
