A serious road accident occurred on January 16 in Corbeil-Essonnes (Essonne).
A pedestrian crossing rue de Paris, near number 6, was knocked down by a vehicle, reports actu Essonne.

A gray Skoda vehicle
While the victim was seriously injured in the collision, the car fled.
The police therefore launched an appeal for witnesses on Tuesday to find the driver.

Investigators have no knowledge of the license plate.
